THE AUTHORITY OF THE BELIEVER

The most powerful person on earth is a believer that is walking with a revelation of the authority they have in Christ. Acts 1: 8. – Pastor Emeka Nwokike

Church was beyond amazing today! A better synonym is SERVICE UNUSUAL. The worship! Prayers! And praise was completely out of the ordinary.

What is Authority?

Authority is the right to command and obeyed. Mark 11:23.There is no duplicity in God’s word, if he did not say it, he won’t mean it.

UNLOCKING THE RICHES OF THE COVENANT

Sin! Was his stronghold! Often times he would try to do right but the more he did, the more he fell and the greater the pangs of guilt. He had an understanding of what King David referred to as the “miry clay”. Today, as he stepped into church. He did as a means of getting right with the father. He thought, maybe if He sees me in His house today, He would have mercy on my soul. But as Pastor Emeka Nwokike started ministering in “Unlocking the riches of the covenant” he had a revelation of what transpired on Calvary. He knew that if Jesus refuses to forgive you, he has become a covenant breaker The consciousness of your sin robs you of your righteousness before the devil.

She loves to dance!

“Ain’t no sport like it” is her favourite cliché when talking about dancing! Bodily exercise profiteth little (1 timothy 4: 8) but this? Was both profitable to the body, spirit and soul. So she praised Him with dancing as the praise leader sang.

She also knew that everyone that appears in Zion grows from strength to strength (Psalm 84:7). So, coming to church was deliberate even though she didn’t feel like.

His presence!

The experience!

Tears streamed down his face as he lay face down singing ‘Great are you Lord’. He wasn’t just the only one overwhelmed by His presence. The crowd was ecstatic, the atmosphere different and filled with unknown tongues. It seemed like His Shekinah glory filled the house like it did thousands of years ago in Solomon’s temple.

As pastor Emeka Nwokike mounted the pulpit and spoke on “taking and possessing the seven mountains”. He quickly brought out his word note and took highlights…

Sang the praise leader as he walked briskly into church. He had always found so much peace and joy in His presence and didn’t expect today to be any different. He had become familiar with church activities.

Today!

Veils were torn!

Covering cast lifted!

Fallow grounds broken!

And he had a fresh encounter as DC Angels ministered in Detrick Hadon’ s “Holy Spirit take rest in me”

She loves to dance! It’s been her hobby since eons.

Today, she praised His name dancing joyfully, making melody with her steps as the praise leader sang “chukwu ihe n’ine mere m dimma“. This is the right place to be she muttered within her.

The presence!

The glory!

The heartfelt worship!

The tears!

Living in the light of His coming!

 

She stepped into church today, thinking it would be business as usual. Prayers – worship – praise- DcAngels – word and all the usual stuffs.  Today, she was taken unawares.

Worship!

She caught a glimpse of God and in response her heart bows in love and adoration. Overwhelmed with the greatness of God she worshipped and praised unfettered by earthly limitations.

How to exit a phase and enter another.

Enter with the password: “Thank you!” Make yourselves at home, talking praise. Thank him. Worship him.(MSG) Psalm 100:4

Unveiling the fascinating Woman

We live in an era where it seems the lines of morality and self identity have been terribly blurred. Listen to the news, click to any TV channel, you will see that the world is on a mission to market a false femininity by flagrantly opposing God’s Word and principles, and daring to go further by creating its own frankensteinian version. It also seeks to de-emphasize the woman’s true purpose and focus mainly on her sexuality.

Father’s Day is here and this makes June a tricky month for us. For us, you are the center of our world. Often, we do not shower you with praise nor mention your name in songs. And sometimes it seems that we forget the joy you spread along, but it doesn’t mean that we don’t know the wonderful role that you have had and away deep down in every heart. There’s a place just for you. Today, we  just wanted you to know that while we don’t always show how genuinely appreciative we are. You really are our hero.When we are with you,we could never be scared. We’d bike up a mountain for you and swim across the ocean blue. We know that you work hard to provide, and are grateful to have you by our side. We know in our hearts you’ll never be far. We are just so glad to have you as our dad. Thank you for the big heart and bigger hugs.
